Ms. Peterson has arbitrated over a hundred single-seat arbitrations on smaller consumer matters as well as chaired several FINRA three-arbitrator panels.

She is a panelist with the AAA, chair and panelist with FINRA, serves as an arbitrator for the State of Texas' Comptroller of Public Accounts for property tax disputes, and also accepts court-appointed arbitrations and ad hoc cases.
